Election Information

The Town of Lyndon will be holding a General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2020

In person absentee voting will take place at the Town Hall on Thursday night, October 29th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. Be sure to bring along a written request for an absentee ballot for the November 3rd election, including your address, signature and date and also have a valid photo ID

If you need to register to vote, can do so on Saturday; you must be a resident for 28 days and provide proof of residency, such as a utility billing, driver’s license, pay stub, driver’s license issued at least 28 days ago.

or You must make a request for an absentee ballot in writing.
Your written request must list your voting address within the municipality where you wish to vote, the address where the absentee ballot should be sent, if different, and your signature. You must also provide a copy of your photo ID.  You may make application for an absentee ballot by mail or in person.
The deadline for making application to receive an absentee ballot by mail is: 5 pm on the fifth day before the election,
Voting an absentee ballot in person you may also request and vote an absentee ballot in the clerk’s office or other specified location by appointment.
